Essential to every CCS System sold, HCT’s CCS Startup and Commissioning Service is your assurance that the system was installed correctly and will function as specified, when needed, every time.
Product Description
After a CCS system is designed and installed, an HCT technician visits the site and inspects the CCS system thoroughly. Once it has been confirmed that the CCS system was installed correctly, the HCT technician fills the CCS system with F-500 firefighting agent and tests the proportioning function during a simulated activation event.
In addition, the HCT technician will train key maintenance personnel on refilling the CSS system in case of system discharge, and will review all preventative maintenance operations of the system.
At the completion of CCS Startup and Commissioning Service, a detailed report outlining the equipment used, system location, observed proportioning rate, and any special considerations for use, is provided to the customer.
